Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. The role involves scanning, bagging, and following all bagging standards, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members.

The role requires working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict constructively, acting with honesty and integrity, and supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
