Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag orders according to standards while following safety and quality guidelines.
4. Communicate with customers about substitutions or order issues at pick-up.
5. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness of all items.
6. Follow all legal, safety, and company policies and procedures.
7. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and maintain cleanliness and organization.
8. Use POS systems to process orders and handle substitutions when items are out of stock.
9. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
10. Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
11. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflict professionally.
12. Follow directions and seek help when needed to resolve issues.
13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
14. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
