Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customer vehicles. They follow all bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also manage staging areas, report discrepancies, and perform opening and closing procedures. Training new team members, maintaining organization, and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires honesty, integrity, and the ability to manage conflicts professionally, supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential job functions.
