Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards while on the go.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up.
• Ensure customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness are met.
• Follow all food safety laws, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow notes for specific instructions.
• Use portable phones to communicate professionally with customers.
• Verify order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
