Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service, embodying the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customer vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Provide positive customer interactions, manage conflicts professionally, and follow directions carefully.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
