Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues at pickup.
• Ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and food handling standards.
• Operate POS systems, manage out-of-stock items, and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in training new team members and uphold productivity standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain organized work areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, managing conflicts professionally.
• Support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults, adhering to all policies and procedures.
