Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

1. Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.
2. Assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pickup.
3. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
4. Follow all food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
5. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers as needed.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
7. Operate POS systems to process orders and handle payments.
8. Assist in training new team members and support team productivity standards.
