Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. The associate scans and bags items following standards, communicates substitutions or issues, and ensures order accuracy and quality.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and food regulations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting new team members, managing conflicts professionally, and following all policies and procedures.
