Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order quality, freshness, and accuracy; store products properly.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles, process transactions via POS system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies, including food safety standards.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity.
• Support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
