In-Store Grocery Shopper is responsible for selecting and assembling customers' online orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering orders to customers' vehicles at pick-up.

The Online Grocery Pick-Up team ensures orders are accurately assembled, following all standards for bagging and quality. They communicate any substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Adhere to all laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Receive and store customer orders in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness. Read and follow instructions carefully, and communicate professionally via portable phones.

Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Process transactions through the POS system, handle out-of-stock substitutions per policy, and maintain cleanliness of the staging area.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management, assist in training new team members, and perform opening and closing procedures.

Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors. Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
