Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up. Ensure orders meet quality, freshness, and accuracy standards, and follow all safety and legal guidelines. Maintain organization in staging areas, report discrepancies or equipment issues, and perform opening and closing procedures. Assist in training new team members and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally with honesty and integrity. Support customers with special needs and perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
