Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders, adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws, procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Follow specific instructions in customer notes.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide positive customer service that encourages repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Achieve productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
