Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up. Maintain order accuracy, ensure product quality, and adhere to safety and legal standards. You will also handle equipment, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity is essential. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform job functions as needed.
