Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up. Ensuring order accuracy, quality, and freshness is essential, along with maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas. You will also handle customer interactions professionally, process orders through the POS system, and assist in training new team members. Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, act with integrity, and support diverse customer needs are key requirements.
