Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete product selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
Responsibilities include maintaining order accuracy, ensuring product quality and freshness, adhering to safety and legal standards, and maintaining cleanliness. The role involves interacting with customers via phone, loading orders into cars, processing transactions, and assisting in training new team members. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers with diverse needs.
