Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection processes for online orders. The team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
They maintain organization and cleanliness, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working efficiently in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with honesty and integrity, and supporting customers, including minors and individuals with special needs.
