Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items, following all standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.

Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Adhere to all laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensure quality, and respond professionally to customer calls. Verify order accuracy, load orders into cars, and provide a positive shopping experience.

Process orders through the POS system, handle substitutions for out-of-stock items, and maintain cleanliness of staging areas. Report discrepancies or equipment issues, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
