Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards; communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through POS, handle substitutions, and maintain cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues; assist in training new team members.
• Achieve productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
