Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of items.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Ensure order accuracy, respond to customer calls professionally, and load orders into cars.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process orders through POS, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and maintain cleanliness.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with integrity.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
