Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws, procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow note instructions, communicate professionally via portable phone.
• Ensure order accuracy, retrieve from staging areas, and load into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through POS system, handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced, sometimes stressful environments, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
