Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow specific instructions, and communicate professionally via portable phone.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system, and manage out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts constructively, and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
