Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Follow all food safety procedures and legal regulations.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and in person.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts appropriately.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support and assist vulnerable customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
