Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues at pick-up.
• Follow all food safety procedures, laws, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phones.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and maintain staging area organization.
• Process orders through the POS system, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and report discrepancies.
• Assist with training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and follow directions to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
