Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. The in-store shopper scans and bags items following standards, communicates substitutions or issues, and ensures order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with integrity, and supporting customers with special needs. The position can be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
