Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. 2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues.
3. Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of items.
4. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
5. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
6. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
7. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
11. Support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults as required.
