Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities include:

• Initiating and completing the selection process for online orders.
• Assembling orders, processing payments, and delivering/loading orders into customers' vehicles.
• Scanning and bagging items while adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicating substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensuring order accuracy, quality, and freshness, and storing products appropriately.
• Responding professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Following all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Reporting discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assisting with training new team members.
• Meeting productivity standards and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing conflicts professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
