Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In this role, you will initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders, assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers’ cars. You will scan and bag orders, communicate with customers about substitutions, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Adhering to safety, food safety, and company policies is essential, as is maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas. You will also handle equipment, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards.
Key skills include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. The role requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
