Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection processes for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
3. Ensure the quality, freshness, and accuracy of all items.
4. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
5. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and maintain cleanliness.
6. Operate the POS system to process transactions.
7. Assist in training new team members and uphold productivity standards.
8. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
9. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures and report maintenance needs.
