Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for online customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and load orders into customer vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards; communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness; store items appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Operate POS systems and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
