Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for online customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons/payments, and deliver/load orders into customer vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensure quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and respond promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process transactions through the POS system, handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and seek assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
