Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes product selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include following all safety and legal guidelines, storing products properly, maintaining cleanliness, and responding professionally to customer calls. The role requires teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, conflict resolution skills, integrity, and the ability to assist customers with diverse needs.
