Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and freshness. You will also respond professionally to customer calls, maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts politely, acting with honesty and integrity, and supporting customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
