Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan, bag, and ensure order accuracy, following all standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include communicating substitutions or issues, maintaining cleanliness, following policies, and ensuring product quality. The role requires working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity. Support may be needed for interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
