Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety and food standards, maintaining organization, following POS procedures, managing out-of-stock substitutions, and assisting in training new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle conflicts professionally, and support diverse customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
