Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. • Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Use portable phones for customer communication and respond professionally.
• Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain productivity standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and report equipment issues.
• Support a cooperative, high-paced, and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and uphold honesty and integrity.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
