Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of items.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process transactions through the POS system.
• Follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
