Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In this role, you'll initiate and complete the selection process for online orders, assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars. You'll scan and bag items, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintaining cleanliness and organization, following safety and food handling standards, and providing excellent customer service are essential. You will also perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment while managing conflicts professionally. Ability to follow directions, act with integrity, and support customers with special needs is required.
