Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In this role, the In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. The associate scans and bags orders while adhering to standards, communicates substitutions or issues, and ensures order accuracy and freshness. They also maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and assist with training new team members. The role requires cooperation in a fast-paced environment, conflict management, integrity, and the ability to follow directions. Support for minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults is also part of the role. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
