Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
3. Ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy of orders, storing products in appropriate conditions.
4. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
5. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring a positive experience.
6. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
8. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
9. Assist in training new team members.
10. Meet productivity standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
