Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan, bag, and follow bagging standards during order assembly.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, following guidelines.
• Read and follow specific customer notes and instructions.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
• Verify order accuracy and load into customers' vehicles.
• Provide a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Handle substitutions for out-of-stock items according to policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
