Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiating and completing the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering/loading orders at pickup.
• Scanning and bagging items according to standards.
• Communicating substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Ensuring order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing items appropriately.
• Responding professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Loading orders into customers' vehicles and ensuring order accuracy.
• Processing transactions through the POS system.
• Following policies for substitutions and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Reporting discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Performing opening and closing procedures and assisting in training new team members.
• Meeting productivity standards and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing conflicts professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers with special needs and performing essential job functions with or without accommodations.
