Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and food standards, and following policies for substitutions and discrepancies. The role involves engaging professionally with customers via phone, supporting new team members, and performing opening and closing procedures. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts cooperatively, act with integrity, and support customers with special needs.
