Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons/payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include adhering to safety and legal standards, maintaining organization, responding professionally to customer calls, and supporting new team members. The role requires managing high-paced environments, resolving conflicts amicably, acting with integrity, and supporting diverse customer needs.
