Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards; communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Receive orders from the Order Selector, store items in appropriate temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
