Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also handle customer interactions professionally, maintain organization, and perform opening and closing procedures. Training, productivity, teamwork, conflict management, honesty, integrity, and compliance with laws and safety procedures are essential. The role involves supporting customers with special needs and performing job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
