Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy during pick-up.
• Follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging items.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up.
• Meet or exceed expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all food safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, following instructions carefully.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Respond professionally to customer calls via portable phone.
• Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy.
• Process orders through the POS system and manage out-of-stock substitutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality.
• Support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults.
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
