Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Scan and bag items following standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Follow all legal, safety, and company guidelines, storing products at appropriate temperatures.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Operate POS systems, handle substitutions, and maintain cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
