Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection processes for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging items promptly.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure orders meet expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Follow directions carefully, especially in the note section of orders.
• Use portable phones to communicate professionally with customers.
• Verify order accuracy, retrieve items from staging areas, and load into vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.
• Process transactions through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts effectively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow instructions and seek help when needed to resolve issues.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
