Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a Personal Shopper to accurately pick guest orders for our Lowes Foods To Go program. You will engage guests, learn their preferences, and ensure timely, precise fulfillment in-store.

This role offers hands-on experience across eCommerce, logistics, IT, and customer service while supporting in-store marketing and outreach efforts. A friendly, energetic demeanor is essential to build lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, outgoing personality.
• Strong people skills with clear communication.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort with Android/iOS devices and basic Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to assist and engage guests in-store.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently when picking, staging, and fulfilling orders.
• Greet and review orders with guests.
• Safely handle, bag, and load orders.
• Maintain LFTG station and equipment.
• Provide in-store guest service as needed.
