Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a dynamic supervisor to lead the Lowes Foods To Go (LFTG) Personal Shoppers. You will oversee order picking, guest communication, and training to deliver an engaging, accurate, and timely experience for guests.

This role partners with store leadership to drive LFTG growth, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and coach a diverse team to meet high performance metrics while delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with handheld Android/iOS devices and basic Microsoft Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems with support teams.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store and curbside marketing programs to promote LFTG services and drive subscriptions
• Partner with the Guest Service Manager to write effective schedules for the eCommerce team
• Guide the team to interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and friendly manner
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards
• Continually motivate and educate your team on expectations and best-practices
• Perfectly execute duties required of all LFTG Personal Shoppers (fulfillment, guest communication, technology protocols, etc.)
• Operate the department according to strict operational standards
• Cultivate an environment focused on safety, efficiency, and service
• Publish and hold your team accountable for business metrics (on-time orders, pick efficiency, curbside wait time, etc.) and proper execution of marketing and merchandising programs
• Perform consistent training and quality inspections, providing feedback to Personal Shoppers
• Communicate out of stocks and/or quality/freshness situations to store management on a daily basis
• Communicate any service issues with Guest Care Center and store management on a daily basis
• Communicate with guests, via phone and email, to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide in-store guest service as needed. (bagging, product location, cleaning, No Noticeable Wait)
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Partner with your division’s LFTG Field Specialist to coordinate orientation, training, ongoing education, and feedback to position all LFTG hosts for success
• All other duties assigned by management
